The ITS International Programme Committee has recently put out a request “Special Interest Session” and “Executive Session” proposals for the 20th ITS World Congress Tokyo 2013.

If you would like propose sessions, please fill the attached form and send it back to ITA Australia by Wednesday 19 December.  ITS Australia will collate all the Australian submission and forward them to ITS  Asia Pacific by January 11 to then be presented and evaluated at the International Programme Committee meeting in February 2013 in Tokyo.

Only the limited number of the sessions will be organised.  The result of the selection will be notified in the mid-May.
